Recombinant Human Galectin 7, His Tag is a highly purified (>90%) active protein expressed in E. coli, featuring an N-terminal His tag for easy detection and purification. Covering residues Met1–Phe136 with a molecular weight of 16.4 kDa, this protein binds fixed Jurkat cells (2–25 μg/mL) and is ideal for epithelial biology and cell migration studies. Supplied by Gentaur, it is lyophilized in PBS with DTT and Trehalose, endotoxin-tested (<1 EU/μg), and shipped on dry ice for long-term storage at –20°C to –70°C.
